John Thompson
John Thompson is the President and Chief Executive Officer for Clarity Implantable Solutions, LLC. He has been working in the Health Care industry for 35 years.
He began his career in 1990 as Director of Business Development for Rocky Mountain Care, a healthcare startup, and has since held senior leadership roles spanning Managed Care, TPL, audit and overpayment recovery, implants, DME, and Healthcare Administration. His broad operational and industry expertise has positioned him as a trusted leader in implant cost management and audit services.
In 2009, Mr. Thompson founded JET Recovery Services and, as President and CEO, built a best-in-class implant audit program supporting Workers’ Compensation carriers, TPAs, unions, and self-funded employer groups. Following steady business growth, he identified an opportunity to further expand implant-related offerings. In 2017, he re-launched the company as Clarity Implant Solutions, where Mr. Thompson continues to drive innovation and strategic direction.
